We have the most thorough, in-depth screening process of any agency ... on the East Coast ... delivering "Only
the best for you and Yours!" | We, at A Perfect Nanny, believe that you can never have too many assessment
tests or background checks to judge a candidates suitability as a Nanny care provider.
In
order for an applicant to come in and complete an application, they must meet the following MINIMUM requirements:
* At least 20 years of age legally in the US and read,
write and speak fluent English, have a HS diploma or GED (college preferred), minimum of 2 years paid childcare experience
for non-relatives, be a non-smoker and have reliable transportation with valid car insurance (if applicable).

*Completion of our EXCLUSIVE Nanny Application. This
application covers the past 10 years of personal, work and living history as well as the following assessments:

Nanny/Employer Communication Test
* Childhood Illness and Injury Symptom Recognition
* Childcare Skills and
Opinions for birth to teen
* Timed Situational Reactions Analysis
Once an applicant has successfully passes
the Application and Assessment Test Series, we then perform thorough reference checks on each reference listed.
| The BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION!
ALL background checks are conducted by a licensed private
investigator to assure accurate, reliable results you and your family can count on! Background checks are conducted
before a nanny candidate interviews with our client families...
* In-depth criminal background check including
felony, misdemeanor, dismissed charges, etc.
* DMV record Check
* Identity and Social Security Verification
*
Residential History Verification
* Sexual Offender Registry Check
* We also, for an additional fee, offer
credit checks as well as drug and alcohol testing. All of our applicants sign consents to agree to drug and alcohol testing
and to work in homes that utilize audio/video recording devices.
| As a result of our rigorous screening and application requirements, only the top percentage of
the applicants who apply to A Perfect Nanny complete the process and are sent out to our Client Families as Nanny candidates.
