At A Perfect Nanny, we hold our care givers to the highest professional standards. to be considered for representation with our agency, all nannies must meet the following requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

At least 3 years of verifiable childcare experience (professional or long-term private family employment)

excellent references from previous childcare positions

CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before placement)

Clean background check and driving record

Legal authorization to work in the United States

Are positions payroll (W-2) or independent contractor?
Nannies are household employees and are paid legally through payroll as W-2 employees. We advocate for proper classification and fair compensation
Would you be the ones employing me or the family?
We are solely a placement agency and do not employ the nanny a family hires. We do not handle pay, taxes, or employment disputes, that is solely up to the family/nanny. although we can assist with mediation regarding some of the aforementioned issues.
